5.) 50 Reps not for Time – Chest 2 Bar Pull-Ups

Regionals Competitors
1.) AD – 30 seconds on/30 seconds off until 300 calories (have fun with this one)
2.) AMRAP in 3 – Ground to Overhead – 225
3.) EMOM for 10 minutes
Even Minutes – 2 Rope Climbs
Odd Minutes – 5-10m Handstand Walk
4.) EMOM for 10 minutes
Odd Minutes – 3 Thrusters – 155/105
Even Minutes 5 HSPUs
5.) 10 minutes to find a heavy single – 2 T&G Squat Cleans, 1 Jerk (Preferably Push Jerk, split if you have to)
