Regional Competitors – Same as Open Competitors and
1.) EMOM for 24 minutes
1st minute – Heavy Prowler Push
2nd minute – 5 HSPUs + 3 Muscle-Ups
3rd Minute – Max Burpees
2.) 3 * 1000m Row – Rest 1 minute – 90-95% effort
3.) Tabata Airdyne until 200 calories

  1. I’ll leave some love! Did #2 after the class stuff. Def for tough towards the end! Used 20″ box, used the pull up rig for target. Post more tomorrow!
